Residents of Baton Rouge, Louisiana may be in store for a spicy upgrade to the city’s existing taco offerings, with the first Fuego Tortilla Grill location outside of Texas currently being planned down the road from LSU’s campus.

Fuego is renowned for its fresh hand-made tortillas, signature roasted poblano queso and original craft tacos. Fuego also stays open 24 hours which will be a hit with Louisiana State University students.

Fuego Tortilla Grill was acquired by Uncommon Brands in 2023 and continues to bring the bold flavors of Tex-Mex to life with their fresh and innovative re-interpretations of longstanding taco classics.
