Wil Orner
Wil Orner is a Business Development Associate, where he focuses on the firm’s origination efforts, identifies and evaluates investment opportunities, and develops intermediary relationships. In his current role, he also supports transaction due diligence and deal execution.
Prior to Crux, Wil held a similar role at Gauge Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm investing a $1.4B fund with ~$3.5B in assets under management. During his time at Gauge, he gained extensive experience sourcing and evaluating food & consumer services and healthcare businesses. Wil started his career as a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in their investment management division, serving high-net-worth individuals and institutions.
