Ryan Panyard
Ryan Panyard is the Director of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer at Crux Capital, where he leads and oversees the firm’s financing, accounting, compliance and tax functions. Ryan works closely with senior leadership and portfolio company teams to support value creation through disciplined financial management, operational insight and strategic execution.
Prior to joining Crux Capital, Ryan served as Controller and Chief Compliance Officer at Havencrest Capital Management, a lower-middle market private equity firm specializing in healthcare. During his tenure, he led the buildout of the firm’s finance and compliance infrastructure, supported fundraising and LP reporting efforts and implemented scalable processes to support the firm’s growth.
Before Havencrest, he worked at Sixth Street (formerly TPG Sixth Street Partners) on the company’s flagship fund. Before moving into private equity, Ryan worked at Ernst & Young, LLP, where he focused on tax provisions and compliance.
