Lily Patterson Spiro
Lily serves as Executive Assistant at Crux Capital, where she provides strategic and administrative support to senior leadership while helping drive operational excellence across the firm. Known for her professionalism, organizational expertise, and proactive approach, Lily plays a key role in ensuring seamless executive and business operations.
Prior to joining Crux Capital, Lily was an Associate in Client Administration at Cresset, where she supported the firm’s Partner Advisory team. She previously served as Administrative Assistant to the Investment Strategy team at CH Investment Partners, providing high-level support to investment professionals across Liquid Markets and Private Equity. Her experience spans executive coordination, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration within financial services organizations.
Earlier in her career, Lily held administrative roles in healthcare law and spent nearly four years as a Special Education Teacher with the Dallas Independent School District.
