Kale Kolbe

Kale Kolbe is a Senior Associate at Crux Capital, where he focuses on evaluating, executing, and monitoring investment opportunities. In his role, Kale works closely with portfolio management teams to implement operational and strategic growth initiatives that drive long-term value creation for the businesses within Crux Capital’s portfolio.

Prior to joining Crux, Kale was an Associate at Kainos Capital, a middle-market private equity firm specializing in the food and consumer product industries. During that time, he partnered with various portfolio management teams to support company growth and evaluated numerous manufacturing, distribution, branded CPG, and service businesses. Before moving into private equity, Kale worked in investment banking at Houlihan Lokey, where he focused on mergers & acquisitions in the Consumer, Food & Retail Group.
