Jeff Nutkis
Jeff Nutkis is Chief Executive Officer of Veridian Service Partners, a Crux Capital portfolio company. He also serves as an Operating Partner at Crux Capital, partnering with portfolio leadership teams to drive value creation initiatives and scale residential services businesses.
Prior to joining Crux and launching Veridian, Jeff served as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of M&A at Renuity, a residential services platform backed by York Capital Management, where he led acquisitions and oversaw corporate strategy. Before Renuity, Jeff was a Vice President in the private equity group at York, focusing on investments across consumer and business services. Earlier in his career, Jeff was a Private Equity Associate at Hudson Advisors, an affiliate of Lone Star Funds, and began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities, specializing in the Industrials sector.
