Superscapes’ Landscaping Project, HALL Park, is Putting a New Spin on Suburban Work Center

We love it when local press help create buzz on projects we are connected to, and Steve Brown’s recent profile of Hall Park is no exception. In Brown’s recent interview with developer Craig Hall, they discuss the distinguishing characteristics that allowed for total transformation of the biggest office park in Frisco to become more than just a place for 10,000 people to work at.
In 2015 Hall realized that office parks were evolving in the direction of shopping malls and if his plan for Hall Park did not stretch to include mixed-use, it would become “obsolete.” Hall intuited that he needed to do “more” to create something that would change the rules of the game by meeting the public’s demand for a space where they can live, work and play.
Hall is spending more than a half billion dollars to turn his almost three-decade-old Hall Park office center into the kind of mixed-use environment he believes companies want. Construction started in 2021 just west of the Dallas North Tollway and will include apartments, new offices and a luxury hotel surrounding an almost six-acre public park.
Restaurants will overlook the park, which will feature bright sculptures and some of the most stunning landscaping designs imaginable; the latter of which we can attribute to Crux Capital portfolio company, Superscapes.
As this development project continues to take root, we are thrilled to witness the incorporation of natural elements and greenspaces that Superscapes will create within the surrounding infrastructure, ensuring a degree of environmental harmonization that will enhance the lives of all people lucky enough to spend time at HALL Park.
