Crux Capital Named a Finalist for Two North Texas M&A Awards

Crux Capital Managing Partner Wayne Moore has been named one of five finalists for Private Equity Professional of the Year in the Managed Fund category by D Magazine and the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Crux Capital’s sale of Superscapes was also named one of five finalists for Deal of the Year within the $50–$249 million transaction range category.

Led by Crux Capital Partner James Kay, the transaction brought together TZP Group and GCP Capital Partners and delivered a strong outcome for Superscapes’ founder and management team, as well as Crux Capital investors.

Now in its 13th year, the D Magazine and ACG M&A Awards recognize standout transactions and dealmakers across North Texas.
