Robb Cherne
Robb Cherne is the Vice President of Operations at Uncommon Brands, where he brings a wealth of experience in operational leadership. Prior to this role, he served at Velvet Taco in various capacities, including Vice President of Operations and Regional Vice President. His leadership at Velvet Taco spanned over five years, during which he optimized processes, enhanced performance and contributed significantly to the company’s growth.
Before joining Velvet Taco, Robb excelled at California Pizza Kitchen as a Regional Partner. He managed 16 stores across six states, overseeing P&L, hiring and performance evaluations. Robb also led store remodels and new openings, demonstrating his expertise in operational management and team development. Earlier in his career, he held key positions at Texas Roadhouse, Ted’s Montana Grill and Brinker International. With a proven track record in managing multi-unit operations and driving growth, Robb has consistently demonstrated his ability to lead teams to success.
