Billingsley Co. is pushing forward with exciting new developments in its massive 1,000-acre Cypress Waters project. They’re putting the finishing touches on a stunning 10-story tower at 2999 Olympus Boulevard, located on the south shore of North Lake. But that’s not all—two more offices are already in the works, including a six-story speculative building at 3300 Olympus and a sprawling 300,000-square-foot headquarters for retailer At Home. Big things are happening at Cypress Waters and Superscapes is doing their part to ensure that the outdoor spaces associated with this project turn out stunningly beautiful!

Starting in September, they’ll break ground on a five-story, 250,000-square-foot office at 3350 Olympus, followed by another five-story, 250,000-square-foot office at 3400 Olympus in November. These buildings, along with the already-underway 3300 Olympus, will form a three-building campus designed by renowned architect Gensler, all surrounding a brand-new park. The $80 million office developments are set to open between late 2023 and early 2024, bringing fresh energy to the area!
