Crux Capital is looking for opportunities to make majority or significant minority investments in partnership with management or the current owner’s participation. We are an ideal fit for all of the following transaction types:
- Family or generational transitions
- Equity recapitalization
- Growth capital
- Management buyout
- Outright acquisition
Company Size
Crux Capital is focused on partnering with companies of a certain size and scale but can make exceptions in industries of particular interest. Ordinarily we are looking for:
- Revenue between $5 million and $100 million
- EBITDA between $1 million and $15 million
- At least 3 years of stable or growing profitability
- No size limit for add-on acquisitions
